New Zealand Clover Honey

Composed mainly of white clover nectar but also including various unique flowers growing exclusively in the valleys and pastures of New Zealand's South Island.

Clover floral honey is unique to New Zealand due to the variety of nectar it contains. The predominant flower the bees gather from to produce this honey is white clover, but a variety of other clover species are present, including red clover, subterranean, Alsike clover. Various other unique wild flowers are also present.

Clover honey has a delicious fruity creamy flavour and a wonderfully smooth texture.
